Info for Providers & Referrers

Organized Care goes beyond traditional cleaning services. Our team is equipped with qualifications and training in health, community, and welfare services, uniquely positioning us to offer holistic home support.

Our Unique Approach:

  • Skills Development: We work one-on-one with parents or carers, focusing on imparting essential living skills. Our goal is to guide families toward maintaining a safer and healthier home environment.

  • Physical Support: Our services include hands-on assistance in tackling issues like rubbish removal, organizing skips, decluttering, and addressing hoarding and squalor. This physical aid is a crucial aspect of our holistic support model.

Trauma-Informed Care:

  • Unearthing Underlying Issues: In the process of decluttering and organizing, we often encounter deep-seated trauma and past experiences. Our team is adept at gently navigating these revelations, providing compassionate support throughout.

  • Emotional Support: We understand that this journey isn’t a quick fix. Our visits are designed to allow time for rest, reflection, and discussion. We engage in ‘by default’ counseling, offering strategies for management and coping, alongside a listening ear.

Goal Setting and Task Management:

  • Empowering Clients: Post-visit, clients are equipped with specific tasks and methods to accomplish them. We firmly believe in setting achievable goals and plans with each client, ensuring continued progress and empowerment.

Referral Partnerships:

  • Collaborating for Success: We value partnerships with professionals who refer clients to us, understanding that our services can be an essential component in a broader care plan. We are committed to working collaboratively to provide comprehensive support that aligns with the client’s overall wellbeing objectives.

I have so much housework I need to do, and there were some areas of my house that had become so cluttered I just couldn’t face them. It was such a great relief to have someone help me get in there and sort it out. Now I can keep on top of what I need to do on a daily and weekly basis.
